Benefits of laser cutting:

- No tooling cost
- Rapid prototyping
- Greater accuracy
- Quick turn around, usually 2/3 working adys on small batch quantities

How does laser cutting work?

Laser cutting works by melting the material while an assist gas is used to clear the cut zone of the molten material. The type of assist gas employed is dependant on the material to be cut, with oxygen predominantly used for carbon steels and nitrogen for non ferrow steels and non metals.

What can be laser cut?

- Mild steel 12mm
- Aluminium 4mm
- Stainless steel 6mm

Please enquire if you require any other material to be cut.
